Discover Our Search Process
We ensure our clients are consistently updated throughout the process by providing informative weekly reports and maintaining active communication with all stakeholders using different communication platforms.
Assignment Start, Calibration & Research
- Understand more about the client, its business and situation
- Agree on candidate profile, search strategy, off-limits, etc.
- Research and network sourcing start
Interview Stage
- Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by us
- Candidate documents – including CV´s and assessment notes – are sent to the client
- Client interviews selected candidates
Reference Check
- Finalist candidates are being checked against 360-degree references
- Specific assessments (e.g., WorkPlace Big 5, Hogan) are provided, as needed, at a separate fee
Offer Stage
- Support client and chosen candidate in offer and package negotiations
De-brief Stage
- Summary document provided to client with all key information and data included
- Feedback survey sent to client and interviewed candidates
- Follow-up with both client and hired candidate after candidate has already started in the role
