Its flagship product, Pulse, is a GenAI acceleration platform built on Amazon Bedrock that enables customers to rapidly explore, validate, and scale generative AI use cases.

Firemind is hiring a hands-on Product Manager to own day-to-day product discovery and delivery for Pulse. This is an individual-contributor role: you will partner closely with designers and engineers and help shape the team, so the product team evolves into a product powerhouse. You will be the primary driver of discovery, experimentation, and prioritization to accelerate product–market fit.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software (hands-on discovery + delivery).
• Proven experience running experiments, customer interviews, prototypes, and converting insights into product decisions.
• Comfortable working with small, distributed teams and external contractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to distil complex technical and business concepts for stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of design thinking and user-centred design practices; experience participating in user research.
• Data-informed decision maker: experience defining metrics and using analytics to guide product choices.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-first products and data integration patterns.
• Experience with AWS / cloud-native product contexts.

Description of duties

• Lead product discovery and delivery for Pulse: define outcomes, surface hypotheses, run experiments, and translate validated learnings into roadmap priorities.
• Participate directly in user research alongside the design team; plan and run interviews, usability sessions and prototype testing.
• Foster a high-idea-flow culture: encourage continuous ideation, enable multiple concurrent experiments, and move quickly from hypothesis to learnings.
• Write clear feature specs, acceptance criteria and user stories; support engineering through delivery to production.
• Define and track success metrics; use data to iterate and priorities.
• Work closely with Head of Delivery, sales and customer success to align product scope with customer needs and go-to-market plans.
